In particular, the Alliance responded to the Public Representative\u2019s comments which stated that \u201cmore significant revenue-generating action is necessary.\u201d Our comments reiterate that the rate increases have been more than double the rate of inflation, which have been driven by the current non-compensatory authority and the density authority.
