The proposed <a href=\"https:\/\/prc.arkcase.com\/portal\/docket-search\/advanced\/filing-details\/127038\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0082c0;\">revisions <\/span><\/a>update the methodology for the calculation of rural carrier attributable costs to account for the new rural carrier route evaluation system. The proposal reduces unit Periodicals costs by ~1 cent per piece (3 percent).
