The PRC believes further consideration is appropriate and they intend to open a Commission proceeding in the near future. The rate increases take effect January 21, 2024. The Alliance submitted <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsmediaalliance.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/NMA-Comments-Postal-Rates-FINAL_11-9-23.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;
