The Alliance urged the Postal Service to file new rates that properly account for the rate increase resulting from the elimination of FSS scheme preparation stating that the proposed periodicals rates are excessive and non-compliant with price cap regulations. In addition, the Postal Service also <span style=\"color: #0082c0;\"><a style=\"color: #0082c0;\" href=\"https:\/\/about.usps.com\/newsroom\/national-releases\/2022\/1110-usps-reports-fiscal-year-2022-results.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">released<\/span><\/a><\/span> their Fiscal Year 2022 Results on November 10 showing the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operating revenue of $78.5 billion, up $1.5 billion from the prior fiscal year<\/li>\n<li>Adjusted loss increased by $2.0 billion<\/li>\n<li>One-time, non-cash benefit of $57.0 billion from the Postal Service Reform
